PitPat app is an app for smart treadmills.Our goal is to provide digital sports health services.We create virtual experiences, structured workouts and group activities so you can achieve your training goals and interact with other PitPat users. This means that PitPat is a social platform and your profile information and your runing, races and other workouts data will be shared with other users of the Pitpat App, and with your consent, allow other users to share the information on other platforms.User’s privacy is important to us and we have this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and share the information we obtain when you use websites, apps, virtual treadmills and other exercise games, including the PitPat app, PitPat app Companion Apps and other services ("Services") operated or controlled by JOYFIT, Inc. 2.Information Collection

a.Information you provide to us (1)To exercise with PitPat app, you need to create an account. To create an account, we will ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, country, date of birth, gender, height and weight so that we can calculate your workout accurately. We also collect information provided by you to customize your profile, such as the type of exercises (i.e. goal running, course running), the program you are training for (i.e. sprint/Olympic, half marathon, full marathon, or programs without a plan), and a profile picture or avatar (called "Account Registration Information"). Your profile information (includes your name, country, gender, age, height and weight) is open, therefore please be in full attention when select. (2)If you subscribe to the Services or make a purchase, we collect your payment method and home address ("Payment Information"). We collect any other information you provide to us, such as when you register for an activity, fill out a form, take a survey or contest, apply for a job, communicate with us through a third-party social media site, or request customer support. At last, we also collect communications between you and us or other members of the community using the Services, including through our forums ("Chat Data"). (3)When you use the voice assistant function, we may also collect your voice information for voice interaction. When using the intelligent voice assistant function, you need to record your voice, then AI would recognize the voice content and conduct a voice conversation. You may turn off the microphone to stop our collection of your voice information at any time. If you use an IOS system phone, you may go to "PitPat" icon in the "Settings" to turn off the microphone permission; if you use an android system phone, you could go to Application Management - Permission Management - PitPat - Microphone to turn off the microphone permission . If you disable the microphone functionality, you will not be able to use the voice assistant function. (4)When you uploade your profile picture, post updates,share pictures, uploade club profile and background pictures, we may collect your information, including the photos or videos taken. You may turn off the camera permission at any time to stop us to collect your information. If you use an ios system phone, you may go to "PitPat" icon in the "Settings" to turn off camera permission; if you use an android system phone, you may go to Application Management-Permission Management-PitPat-Camera to turn off camera permission. If you disable the camera functionality, you will not be able to choose to upload pictures or videos from the system album. (5)When you purchase physical items and/or services, memberships, and derivatives in Pitpat, we may collect your or recipient's name, credit/debit card information, and delivery address. In addition, we may also collect additional order-related information, including (without limitation) the following: order number, transaction amount, order time, order status, payment method, payment account number, payment status and other personal information, we collect the information only to help you process the transactions smoothly, to ensure your transaction security, to query order information, and to provide customer service. After you placed an order successfully, if the goods is provided by a third-party seller or needs to be delivered by a third party, in order to complete the delivery smoothly, safely, timely and accurately, you agree that the merchant and the third-party delivery company may access your information. Yout personal data will be kept only for as long as is necessary. We take reasonable industry-standard care in keeping all our data serure and in preventing any unauthorised access or unlawful use of it. All personal data we store and pricess is handled strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. b.About your exercise information When you doing exercise with the PitPat app, we collect information about that exercise, such as your route, rhythm, strength, the time you ran, your total output and total calories burned, elevation gain, and, if you are using a heart rate monitor, your heart rate. We also collect information about any screenshots you took, challenges and tasks completed, and your experience level and fitness test results. If you use the PitPat app, we also collect race results and athletic performance, such as race and how long you kept the ranking, personal best records, rankings, running data, including past performance information from the PitPat app and other related exercise performance services. Regardless of what you do, we collect and store information about that activity (that is, "Workout Information"). c.Auto-collected Information We automatically collect information about you when you visit or use our Services.It includes: (1)Log Information: We collect log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you are using, application version, access time, pages viewed, IP address and pages you had visited before navigated to our Services. (2)Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you used to access our Services, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. (3)Information Collected Through Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: The PitPat app and its partners may use cookies, clear GIFs (also known as web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags) and other tracking technologies to collect information about you and the communication information between you and our Services ("Cookie Data"). For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as the Apple App Store or the Google Play App Store (together with any similar applications, "App Stores") or social media sites such as Facebook, we may collect information from a third-party applications wherein you privacy settings is public. The information we collect through the App Store or social media accounts may include your name, social media’s user identification code, user name, location, gender, date of birth, email, profile picture and your social media contacts. This supplemental information enables us to verify the information you provide to the PitPat app and enhances our ability to provide you information about our business, products and services. e.Location Information According to your interaction with the Services, the type of device you used to access the Services, and the connectivity of your device, we may collect location-based information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, GPS location, longitude/latitude, city, county, zip code and region, as well as your location and distance of your smart device from "beacons," blue tooth networks, and/or other distance close to the systems. We may use these information to enhance your user experience (such as use location information to display the geographic distribution of PitPat app workouts on a heat map) to better understand your interaction with our products and services in our showrooms , or enable you to track your outdoor fitness activities.These information will only be used by us and our third-party service providers to provide services you request or in an aggregated and anonymize format that does not identify you, unless you agree to take other actions by us. If you no longer want us to collect and use this location information, you can opt out by disabling the location and blue tooth features in your device's operating system. f.Information Submitted Through the Services You agree that PitPat app is free to use the content of any communication you submit through the Services, including any ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques or know-how disclosed as part of such content, for any purpose, including development, manufacture and/or Marketing goods or services. The PitPat app will not release your name or otherwise disclose the fact that you submit materials or other information to us except: investigations and comments. From time to time, we (or third parties acting on our behalf) may contact you to take a research, survey or beta test or to provide reviews and recommendation. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information, which may include personal data. All information collected from your participation in our research, survey, review or referral process or beta testing is provided voluntarily. We may use this information to improve our products, websites and/or services and use in any way consistent with this Privacy Policy. We use the information collected to provide, maintain, and improve our services, such as track your workouts, show you information about other people who are doing exercises together with you, post information about your workouts to other users, and enable interaction with other users. We also use the information we collected to: (1)Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and management messages, and to reply your comments, questions, as well as customer service requests; (2)Communicate with you about products, services, promotions and events offered by the PitPat app and others, and provide news and messages that we think will be of interest to you; create runner profiles, rankings and leader boards, and calculate league points; (3)Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activity related to our Services (4)Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities,protect the rights and property of the PitPat app and any third-party; (5)Personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content or features that match the user's profile or interests; (6)Accelerate contests, lottery and promotions, process and provide entries and awards; (7)Carry out any other purpose described to you when the information was collected; (8)Backstage location data on Android devices: The PitPat app collects location data in the backstage to perform blue tooth operations. This is to ensure the blue tooth service restore smoothly when the app re-boot. Location data is never shared with third parties. a.We may sanction runners based on performance information and other metrics Runners are detected to knowingly violate the PitPat app terms of service will be disqualified and excluded from the results and are not eligible for points or prizes associated with these results. We may also post and maintain lists of ineligible runners. b.Administrative purpose。Your personal information may be used for administrative purposes by the PitPat app, that includes: Measure interests in PitPat app services; develop new products and services; ensure quality control; verify personal identity; changes to app policies; send emails or text messages to the email address or phone number you provide us to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, customer service, deliver updates or system maintenance; process purchases payment for products or services; process applications and transactions; prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; maintain and manage our services; and execute our terms. c.Advertise PitPat app products and services. a.Share information with other PitPat app users The fun of the PitPat app is connecting with other users around the world. Therefore, when you use the PitPat app service, we share your information with other users. This includes your profile information (including your first and last name, country, gender, height, weight and age) and information about your workouts (such as your running time, pace and performance). This information is available to other users during and after your workout, and your workout may be broadcast by the PitPat app or other users on services such as Twitch TV or YouTube. We will not share your date of birth or email address with other users without your consent. b.Share data outside of the PitPat app The services of the PitPat app may also allow you to share your information outside the PitPat app. For example, you can integrate your PitPat app account with third-party fitness apps like Strava, Fitbit, Garmin, and more. When you integrate with other services in this way, we share information based on your interactions and preferences, which can be managed through the companion app. Additionally, you can choose to share your profile and workout information with selected PitPat app partners for results, rankings or competitions on the PitPat app platform. We may also share some personal data and statistics to improve our game performance and other related services. When you share information in this way, your information may be disclosed. We do not sell or share your information outside of the PitPat app and the app community, except in the following cases: (1) Cooperate with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to perform work on our behalf, such as payment processing, providing customer service, sending marketing communications, fulfilling subscription services, fulfilling orders and delivering packages, viewing chat data via CleanSpeak and other third parties to ensure compliance with our terms of service, conduct research and analysis, provide cloud computing infrastructure and other technologies to help us provide services,run business, and other business functions; If we believe the disclosure is in compliance with a requirement or any applicable regulation,legal process, including legal requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements,we will respond to a request of information; (2) If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreement or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of the PitPat app or any third-parties (3) In connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business by another company, we may also share integrated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Withdraw authorization
You may turn the permissions of (without limitation) the following: location, contacts, photos, sports and fitness, camera on and off from time to time using the settings of your operating system of your device. Alternatively, you may also permanently withdraw our full authorization to continue to collect your personal information by closing your PitPat account.Close Account
You have the right to close your PitPat account. You may close your account with our customer service assistance or through the settings interface (except as otherwise provided by law). Follow the Steps: "My" - the upper right corner "Settings" - "Close Account". Once you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to use the products or services we provide and will automatically waive your existing rights. Unless otherwise provided by law, after you close your PitPat account, we will stop providing products and services to you.
